Our story beings with Susan Jones who has been a Town Planning consultant in excess for 40 years and is highly renowned within her profession.
She is the Director of The Susan Jones Consultancy which provides a Town Planning Consultancy service which covers the UK. Throughout her career she has been involved with many different aspects of development in a variety of different locations including both rural and urban. She has considerable experience dealing with properties lying within conservation areas and listed buildings for that matter too.

After the pandemic Susan had her own experience of moving house along with some of her friends and acquaintances, and a number of issues arose which made her realise that actually the current system of buying and selling properties is not well geared up in taken account of important Town Planning considerations. As a result, herself and her assistant Francesca, began a process of developing a service that would fill that important gap within the system which has become Dwellon.

They therefore welcome the Guidance for Estate Agents released in November 2023 on Material Information in Property Listings (Sales) by the National Trading Standards and consider that the Dwellon Appraisal will play an important future role in helping estate agents to follow good practice.

Francesca has been working with the company since its inception. With a BA (Hons) in Archaeology and History, she has a passion for heritage matters and preservation.
​
Working alongside the company since its inception has given Fran a good foundation on the Town Planning system and has become a pivotal person when it comes to the research of planning history for different properties. Within Dwellon, she has a key managerial role within the business as she is the point of contact for the team.
​
We also have a team of dedicated professionals who works alongside Susan and Fran to provide accurate, well researched appraisals to ensure that no stone is left unturned
Clive is a multi award winner time served joiner who has 40 plus years of experience. In the last 20 years he has had many building roles including project manager and site agent for large building companies. He has won four National House Building Awards for recognition of his high standard of construction and workmanship. Given his considerable knowledge and experience of building work over many years we regard him as a very valued member of the Dwellon team.
