Get to Know Us
Our story beings with Susan Jones who has been a Town Planning consultant in excess for 40 years and is highly renowned within her profession.
She is the Director of our mother company, The Susan Jones Consultancy which provides a Town Planning Consultancy service which covers the UK. Throughout her career she has been involved with many different aspects of development in a variety of different locations including both rural and urban. She has considerable experience dealing with properties lying within conservation areas and listed buildings for that matter too.

After the pandemic Susan had her own experience of moving house along with some of her friends and acquaintances, and a number of issues arose which made her realise that actually the current system of buying and selling properties is not well geared up in taken account of important Town Planning considerations. As a result, herself and her assistant Francesca, began a process of developing a service that would fill that important gap within the system which has become Dwellon.

They therefore welcome the Guidance for Estate Agents released in November 2023 on Material Information in Property Listings (Sales) by the National Trading Standards and consider that the Dwellon Appraisal will play an important future role in helping estate agents to follow good practice.
