Get to Know Us
Our story beings with Susan Jones who has been a Town Planning consultant in excess for 40 years and is highly renowned within her profession.
She is the Director of our mother company, The Susan Jones Consultancy which provides a Town Planning Consultancy service which covers the entire UK.
Throughout her career she has been involved with many different aspects of development in a variety of different locations including both rural and urban. She has considerable experience dealing with properties lying within conservation areas and listed buildings for that matter too.

After the pandemic Susan had her own experience of moving house along with some of her friends and acquaintances, and a number of issues arose which made her realise that actually the current system of buying and selling properties is not well geared up in taken account of important Town Planning considerations. As a result, herself and her assistant Francesca, began a process of developing a service that would fill that important gap within the system which has become Dwellon.

Sue and her team welcome the work carried out over the last 2 years by the National Trading Standards to bring about the inclusion of Material Information at the point of listing which has led to the Government initiative to reform the buying and selling process with Material Information being available at the right time thereby helping consumers and providing more sales certainty. Currently there is an ongoing open consultation exercise conducted by the Ministry of Housing Communities & Local Government which Dwellon is engaging in.
