Once instructed we will provide an OS map to confirm it is the correct property. We will also provide you with a simple questionnaire to complete concerning the property. The information you provide will then be verified with the Searchland dive so that an accurate OS plan identifying title boundaries can be included within the Appraisal document. It will also assist us in understanding whether there are elements of the property which have not been the subject of any planning application/s, whether they fall within permitted development rights or neither. The appraisal document can then address the implications of that information.
